Choosing to work with a Certified Athletic Trainer allows you to confidently return back to your full potential. Your program will seamlessly blend your physical therapy prescription with total body conditioning, at a pace that makes sense for your body. Discuss your movement goals with Nina, big and small, allowing her to effectively coach your transition.
You have the option to choose the amount of support you need. Athletic training serves as the perfect supplement to your regular physical therapy appointments to maintain strength during acute recovery phases, and provides you accountability as you begin to work out independently again. Options are available for single session, four or eight week programs.
