Dr. Heather McGill is a board-licensed physical therapist specializing in sports physical therapy and owner of Physical TheraPT. She is one of 3500 physical therapists in the nation who are board certified Sports Specialists (SCS). She is also Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), an Active Release Technique (ART®) Provider and certified by the Titleist® Performance Institute (TPI). Her area of expertise includes: manual therapy, movement & biomechanical analysis, running & golf analysis, injury prevention, postural restoration & ergonomic assessment, post-operative rehab & sports performance training.
ALEXANDREA SCHMIDT

Alex is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in pain and injury management. She is certified in Myofascial Release with over 10,000 hours of experience. Her techniques range from long and short duration myofascial release, deep tissue, active release, myofascial trigger point release, positional release, structural integration, and clinical petrissage. Alex is also a L1 Pilates mat and reformer instructor and a CHEK coach. Her areas of expertise include: finding the appropriate manual therapy for acute and chronic pain, myofascial release for joints and surrounding tissue, and manual therapy for injury prevention.
Mike Maciel
CMT, CPT, CES
Mike is a certified rehabilitation specialist and massage therapist dedicated to restoring client function after injury. Specializing in orthopedic massage and therapeutic bodywork, he guides patients toward a speedy recovery using expert hands-on techniques. His treatment integrates deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular stretching and orthopedic cupping. He ensures every client receives a comprehensive session, helping to facilitate their return to the sports and activities they love. His core competencies include postural analysis, range of motion evaluations, and trigger point therapy for injury risk reduction.
ANDREW STEWART
PT, DPT
Dr. Andrew Stewart is a board-licensed physical therapist specializing in elite sports medicine and high-performance training. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and brings an extensive background in international athletics to his practice. He previously served as a physical therapist for the United States Olympic teams—specifically supporting Women’s 15s Rugby and Figure Skating—as well as the Chinese Olympic Men’s 7s Rugby and Triathlon teams.
In addition to his Olympic work, Andrew has provided elite-level care for the San Diego Legion of Major League Rugby and in semi-professional hockey. He focuses on working within each individual’s unique movement patterns and prioritizing the body's natural mechanics to ensure a safe and effective recovery. His area of expertise includes: sports performance training, post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, movement and biomechanical analysis, and advanced return-to-play protocols.
By integrating elite-level sports medicine with personalized performance strategies, Andrew ensures his patients return to their sport and daily life stronger, more resilient, and better than they were before.
