I tore my right pec tendon rock-climbing, and had surgery two days later. It was a devastating blow, and perhaps the most serious injury I’ve had. I worried I’d never be fully active again, or be able to “go at it.”

I needed PT post surgery. I got so much more, including great athletic training, a holistic view of my imbalances, and critical emotional support as I worked all the way back to peak fitness and performance.

What was your motivation for pursuing either physical therapy or athletic training?

Incredibly caring, hard-working, responsive, and extremely talented. Dr. McGill takes a holistic approach and may just have made me stronger and healthier than before my injury!

What's the main reason you'd recommend Dr. Heather McGill?

Unequivocally: Go see Dr. McGill.

I got a referral and thank goodness I did!

I'm correcting other issues I've had thanks to the balance and strength training, she's coached me on nutrition, and she's connected me with killer personal trainers to continue moving forward
